In 2003 the launch of our club history “For the pride of the parish” took place. The book is compiled by David McGann and was launched by RTE Commentator Micheal O’ Muircheartaigh.
This hugely impressive history does credit to all of Sarsfields achievements over the years. It was a source of great pride to us all when it scooped the coveted “McNamee Award” for the best club history in 2003, further testament to this excellent production - a must read for all GAA followers.
