Sarsfields 4-05, Craughwell 2-10

Sarsfields start the first half in a business like manner, with Jordan running forward and scoring a goal in the first minute, soon followed in the second minute with Darren Murphy scoring a fine point. Jordan scores again from a free in the 5th with Leon Connaire nabbing a fine point 1 minute later. Sarsfields go quiet as Craughwell take their opportunity to collect 3 points, with no reply. Sarsfields quiet spell is ended in the 15th minute when a fantastic lay off by Ronan Maher inside the Craughwell finds Jordan and he nets a brilliant goal. Jordan strikes again with a point in the 18th minute and Sarsfields finish that first have 2-3 to Craughwell's 1-4.

Craughwell appear to be second half specialist when scoring a goal in the first minute, soon followed by 2 more points - 4 minutes into the restart. Craughwell now lead by 2 points but Darren Murphy brings us back by scoring two quick goals bringing the Sarsfields tally to 4-4. Craughwell collect another 3 points, before Oisin Keane strikes and scores a lovely point in the 17th minute of the second half. Craughwell finish their scoring with one more point just after normal time and Sarsfields win the match 4-05 to Craughwell's 2-10. Sarsfields win the game by 1 point. Sarsfields now face a must-win game v Athenry on Sunday 7th at Athenry to reach the U13 A Cup semifinal.
